This is the second time I have been spoken to so rudely and abruptly by their staff. Two different employees, one male and one female. They have such a nasty attitude and this last phone call with the front desk lady was my last straw, I will never be rude back to someone on the phone but I will leave a review and never give them my business again.
Beware ladies and gents…they will waste your time and money!!! I came into their shop at about 4:50pm- 5pm, when I came in I specifically said I would like to get my overlay taken off of my nails and would like a pedicure. The lady says ok but they don’t have anything until 6:30. I said ok I’ll come back at 6:30. I bs’d around in the area until 6:30 (I’m from philadelphia). I came back and received a horrible pedicure. Still not saying anything about it since my main goal was to get the overlay off and I would just go to my usual to get another pedi. When she was done the pedi I said don’t forget I would like the overlay off. It was at this time that she says oh we don’t do that. Since we don’t do artificial nails we don’t know how to take acrylic off. She should have said this when I came in at 5pm!!! Now I’m scrambling to find a place to get the acrylic off.
